I have been a photographer for over 40 years. My interest grew exponentially in 2002 and 2003 when I deployed to Bosnia with the Kansas National Guard. At the time, I was still shooting with a film camera and digital photography was in its infancy. When I returned to the U.S., I discovered post-photo processing with photo software and began my passion for creating beautiful and interesting photos. I concentrate on four types of photography: landscape, black and white, macro and creative photography. Based in Kansas, I have traveled the United States and world with my cameras seeking out people, places and the unusual. I have won numerous prizes for my photographs and had many published in magazines and calendars. I hope that you enjoy my photographs as much as I enjoy creating them.
